1. Make sure you are in a game chapter that allows you to change to nighttime.
2. Travel to Rakugai (Kamo River) via palanquin.
3. Look to the right on the bridge and scan the distance for a Golden Sneak.
4. If you don’t see one, talk to the palanquin and then quit the text, and look again until you spot one.
5. Engage in battle with the Golden Sneak and repeat the process.
6. If you don’t see any enemies spawning on the bridge, it’s likely due to a clear 3-man gang on the left or you need to travel to another location and return.

Remember, the Golden Sneak only spawns about 1 in 5 times, so finding one every 30 seconds is a significant achievement.
